Not a drop-off. They go in, they stay through the appointment, they hear what the vet says, and they call you. If you're in another time zone, you still know exactly what happened in that room.
Who Concierge is actually for
Four nights a week, or three weeks a month. Your dog never boards, never gets dropped anywhere, and never adjusts to a strange house. Someone they know comes to them and stays.
Doses on schedule, logged every visit, with a written note on how they were that day. The same small team every time, so a change in your dog gets noticed by someone who knows what normal looks like.
Several visits a day at the ages where that matters, without you counting them or asking whether today is worth it. The answer is always yes, because there's nothing to count.

How it starts
Fifteen minutes about your dog and your travel. Not a sales call. If Balanced would serve you just as well, we'll say so.
An hour in your home. $150. Four enrichment activities, a documented walk, and a written care plan you keep whether you join or not.
Named people, introduced to your dog, and held for you from then on. Most dogs have their first visit within a week of the assessment.
