1. Piedmont Park Dog Trail – Midtown

Piedmont Park is a city favorite, and it’s easy to see why! You’ll find shady paths, open fields, and even a dog park.

What’s special: Tons of space, skyline views, and dog water fountains.

Parking tip: Park at the SAGE Parking Deck near the Atlanta Botanical Garden. There’s always space if you go early.


2. Freedom Park Trail – Candler Park to Old Fourth Ward

This trail connects neighborhoods and is full of sights and local art.

What’s special: Great for social dogs who love people-watching.

Parking tip: Try street parking near the Carter Center or Euclid Avenue.


3. Southside BeltLine Trail – Pittsburgh Yards

Not as crowded as the Eastside, this part of the BeltLine is peaceful and wide.
