Refund & Cancellation Policy – Praline’s Backyard Dog Services

At Praline’s Backyard Dog Services, we are committed to providing high-quality, reliable care for your dog. To ensure the best experience for both our clients and our team, we have the following refund and cancellation policies in place.

Happy Home Guarantee – 30-Day Membership Refund

We want you and your dog to feel completely confident in our services. That’s why our memberships come with a Happy Home Guarantee:

✅ If, after the first 30 days, we do not exceed your expectations, we will issue a full refund for your membership—no questions asked.

Cancellations & Rescheduling Policy

We understand that plans change, and we do our best to accommodate adjustments. However, as a small business, we carefully allocate our staffing and resources in advance. Last-minute cancellations impact our ability to serve other clients and maintain sustainability.

🔹 All cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance.
🔹 Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in a forfeiture of the service fee.

By providing timely notice, you help us continue to offer exceptional care while ensuring our team members are compensated for their time and commitment.

No Refunds After Services Are Rendered

Outside of the Happy Home Guarantee, we do not offer refunds once a service has been completed, including:

  • Dog walking packages
  • Day adventures & pet taxi services
  • In-home pet care & hotel pet concierge services

If you need to reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate your request based on availability.
