First and foremost, every single walker is incredibly loving, kind, and patient with our dogs. I feel like they treat them with the love and care they treat their own dogs. We have cameras, and whenever I have rewatched a clip, I am always so impressed. It’s clear that the dog walkers are vetted and trained carefully. They even did a few visits at the tail-end of my puppy recovering from major emergency surgery, and they were so careful and incredible with her. On the more logistical side, they are extremely communicative and the owner is so responsive. I love the app they use because it notifies me when they arrive for a walk, leave, and all walkers leave great after-visit notes with some of the most amazing pictures and videos. I also love that I can see a GPS map of where they walked and that they can message me when they’re with her in case anything comes up. Knowing my dogs are in such loving and capable hands allows me to travel with complete peace of mind and fully enjoy vacations with my family. Not only do they make sure my pets are well cared for, but they also spend quality time with them, playing with them outside and giving them the attention and exercise they need. It’s clear they genuinely love animals and treat them like family. What impresses me most is their reliability and flexibility. On more than one occasion, I've had unexpected family emergencies that required me to leave town on short notice. Even when reaching out through the app at the last minute, Orazie and her team have gone above and beyond to accommodate my pets' needs. Another thing I greatly appreciate is the respect they show for my home. Every time I return, my house is clean, organized, and left exactly as I left it. Orazie started off with my dog Milo until he got use to the new routine where he was then introduced to a new walker! Both were amazing. Milo enjoy his daily walks, puzzle time, and all the love and attention when I was away at work. Definitely saw a difference in his behavior and overall seemed like a much happier dog. They take pictures and send a daily report of your walk and all the activities they did….loved the updates and the cute pictures. Unfortunately, I moved out of the city, so wasn’t able to keep up with the service. The Praline’s team has been great to work with from our initial background meeting through our weekly walking services. They are super attentive to our pups needs who can be anxious, and they do everything they can to make him feel safe and comfortable. I had to head out of town for a trip, and Orazie (the Founder, CEO and president) completely put my mind at ease. She personally made sure my dog was taken care of from start to finish, no stress and no worries on my end at all. She picked him up right from my home, safely transported him to his boarding facility, and even kept me updated with the cutest pictures and little updates about his journey. What really impressed me was that she did the exact same thing on the return, picking him up and bringing him safely back home. The entire process was seamless, easy, and honestly such a relief while I was traveling.
