A Canine Enrichment Specialist is the most essential part of the Praline’s Backyard team. They are responsible for delivering all of our services with love, compassion, and attention to detail. This role is the foundation of the company with responsibilities including:

Why you should grow with us!
Your responsibilities as a Canine Enrichment Specialist include driving to appointments, using our mobile app to check in/out of appointments, providing fear free care, and sharing engaging updates with pictures to keep our clients informed about their dogs.
Canine Enrichment Specialist at Praline’s Backyard averages $15 per hour plus gratuity during their initial 90 days. Our pay structure includes:
After a successful 90-day review, our employees receive a pay increase, with further increments at 6 and 12 months. Our long-standing team members can earn between $15-$20 per hour, dependent on their tenure and availability.
