Both memberships start the same way. Private walks with tailored enrichment every day in a timeslot held just for your dog, with the same trusted care team every visit. You get photos, video, GPS and a written update after every visit, so you always know how their day actually went.
STARTER is $999 a month plus a $100 membership fee, one dog or two, for one walk Monday to Friday. More visits can be added as you need them, for an additional fee.
BALANCED is $4,999 a month, one dog or two. You get two walks every day, including weekends. You can add more whenever you need them, at no additional cost. Dog Taxi, Dog Field Trip and two overnight stays a month are included, with no fees at all.

Some need to learn how to settle. Every visit is a private walk with tailored enrichment built around what your dog needs that day, and it changes as they grow and age. A new Enrichment Toy of the Month keeps them curious.
Behind that is everything else that keeps the promise. Your dog's time slots are held every day. A care team knows them by name. There's a backup plan, so a walk never gets missed. We haven't missed one in 6+ years. Someone drives them to the vet when you can't leave work. And you get a report card after every visit, so you see how their day went.
Two private walks with tailored enrichment are scheduled every day, 7 days a week. You can add more whenever your schedule needs it, at no additional cost, and two overnight stays a month are included for when you travel. There's never a gap to worry about, and never a fee to add up.

The fee covers your dog's Enrichment Toy of the Month, and it opens up the rest of what we do: Dog Taxi, overnight pet sitting and field trips, booked whenever you need them and paid as you use them.
Those services are only for members, because they only work with people your dog already knows. Nobody new drives your dog to the vet or stays overnight in your home.
BALANCED members don't pay a membership fee. It's all included.

Daycare means a drop-off, a pickup, and a room full of dogs you don't know while you hope the day went fine. Your dog never leaves home with us. No drop-off, no pickup, no group.
Apps send a person who accepted a job on their phone twenty minutes ago. Your dog has an assigned care team of people who know their name, their pace and their quirks, and they're W-2 employees on our payroll, not contractors from a marketplace.

BALANCED has none. STARTER has a couple, and here's where things stand.
BALANCED includes a second dog, every day of the week, holidays and Dog Taxi, with no fees at all. Just add visits in the app.
STARTER is $999 a month plus a $100 membership fee, and that covers one dog or two. One walk a day is included every day, including weekends, at no extra cost. An additional visit on the same day is $60. On a weekend, an extra visit is $70. On a holiday, an extra visit is $80.
No peak pricing beyond that, no booking fees. If you have two dogs, both memberships cover both at no extra cost.
No long-term contract. Ever.
Both memberships are month to month, and you can cancel any month with no fee and no term. We'd rather you stay because your dog is thriving than because you're stuck.
That's also why both come with the Happy Home Guarantee. At your assessment you tell us your goals for your dog and your life. If you're not seeing them after 30 days of visits, you get a full refund, and you keep every photo we took.
The same faces, every visit.
Your dog is assigned a care team of two or three Canine Enrichment Specialists rather than one person. On BALANCED, that's a morning walker, an afternoon walker and a weekend walker. They learn your dog's name, their pace, what makes them nervous and what makes them light up.
If one is out, someone else on your dog's team covers it, and it's a person your dog has already met. That's how we've gone six years with zero missed walks and no cancellation texts.

Each Canine Enrichment Specialist is a W-2 employee on our payroll, background checked before they are ever assigned to a home. Not a gig worker, not a contractor from an app. That means real accountability and a company standing behind every visit.
Before they hold a leash, every specialist is Fear Free trained, certified in canine first aid and CPR, and trained in canine behavior and enrichment. We run team trainings every month.
Our founder brings over twenty years in public health and animal welfare to how the whole team is trained.
You choose how we get in, and everything is covered.
Most clients use a lockbox or a smart lock, and we'll walk you through secure options at your assessment. Keys and codes are kept private.
We're licensed, insured and bonded on every visit. Doors locked, paws wiped, and your home left the way we found it.
Every visit is GPS logged, so you can see when your team arrived, where your dog went, and when they left.
Then we change it. No awkward conversation, and no charge.
Because your dog has a care team of two or three rather than one person, there's always a familiar face available. We introduce them slowly and we watch how your dog responds. If the fit isn't right, email or call and we'll reassign.

Enrichment is anything that works your dog's brain, not just their legs.
Dogs are built to sniff, forage and solve problems. When those instincts get met, dogs settle faster, sleep better and pace less at home. When they don't, a dog can be walked for a full hour and still be restless by dinner.
We use twelve enrichment styles, matched to what your dog is actually wired for.

Some days that's a trail of smells down the sidewalk. Other days it's treats hidden in the grass, a low wall to balance across, or a puzzle to work through. Movement, scent and a little mystery, built around what your dog needs that day.
Afterward you get photos, video, a GPS map of where they went, and a written note about how they were and anything that seemed off.

Mental work settles a dog more thoroughly than physical exercise alone. A dog who has done scent work or problem solving comes home ready to rest, not bouncing off the walls an hour later.

Our specialists are Fear Free trained, which means they can read canine body language and work with dogs who are nervous, easily overstimulated, or still building confidence. Puppies need structure. Senior dogs need gentler enrichment and a slower pace.

You keep the four toys, a bandana, the documented walk and a written care plan built for your dog. That's over $300 of value for $150, and it's yours whether you join us or not — and the fee is the same whether you end up on STARTER or BALANCED.

Your dog still gets their visit, and when you travel we're already there.
In severe storms, extreme heat or ice, we shorten outdoor time and bring more indoor enrichment rather than skipping the visit altogether.
When you're away, overnight pet sitting happens in your own home, so your dog never has to board or adjust to a strange place. BALANCED includes two overnights a month. After that, and for STARTER members, overnights are $300 a night.

You can cancel any month. No fee, no term, no waiting.
Pausing is a different thing, because your timeslots are held for your dog every single day whether you use them or not. That isn't a figure of speech. While the slot is yours, we can't give it to anyone else.
So holding it open for a vacation or any other reason is $100 for the month, on either membership, even though no visits happen. It's the same reason we only open ten memberships a month, and it's why your dog's time is always there when you need it.
