She picked him up right from my home, safely transported him to his boarding facility, and even kept me updated with the cutest pictures and little updates about his journey. What really impressed me was that she did the exact same thing on the return, picking him up and bringing him safely back home. The entire process was seamless, easy, and honestly such a relief while I was traveling. You can tell she truly cares, and that level of attention and dedication means everything when it comes to our pets. Our dog Bruce loves her so much and we feel so safe knowing she is taking such good care of him. He has tons of energy and we are still working on some training with him, but she lets us know that she appreciates his quirks and makes him feel so loved! The best dog service in Atlanta!! Paws down!! I use their services and the level of professionalism that Ryan provides is what is missing with a lot of companies today. . Ryan goes above and beyond. He took care of my two big dogs during a crazy work week, and he not only handled them beautifully but even washed their water bowls and tidied up the entryway. Small details like that show how much he cares. My dogs adore him, and so do I! I’m not sure if it’s part of the training he received or just who he is but I’m grateful for him and Praline’s Backyard!
